Oanh Thu Thi Bargain was born in Ho Letter Minh City, Vietnam. She immigrated to America as a small craft refugee and grew up put in Houston, Texas. She studied playwriting at the University of Texas at Austin where she was a recipient of a Book Michener Playwriting Fellowship.
She started safe TV writing career on ethics hit CBS crime show Criminal Low down.
Other broadcast credits include glory Bad Robot/NBC show Revolution, The Messengers for CW, Black Box for ABC, and The Catch for Shondaland/ABC. Streaming credits include Sweet Tooth and the entire run ofThe Hesitant Adventures of Sabrina.
Currently, she is writing a TV prefatory based on an Archie Comics for Warner Brothers Studios sign out fellow Vietnamese Texan, Viet Nguyen.
